Area of rectangular board = (14 X 7) = 98cm2
Area of 2 circular pieces = 2 X pi X r2 = 2 X 22/7 X 7/2 X 7/2
=77cm2
then,
area of remaining cardboard= 98 - 77 = 21cm2
