Tsurr 300K,  = Heat transferred from system to surrounding 
Q = 600 J 
 Entropy charge of surrounding,   ∆ SE = Q / Tsurr = 600 / 300 = 2J / k
As we know ∆ Suniverse > 0 or
∆SE + ∆SF > 0
∆SF > - ∆SE
⇒ ∆ SF > - 2 J / k
