You better start with Python. It is easy one and you can learn in very short time unlike C,Java etc.Also Python has many applications in real world including in AI/ML,IoT etc.There are so many libraries available and has one of the largest community.So Python is suitable for beginner.

You can start with any programming language which you are interested in but it depends on the platform which you want to focus on the primary question is that whether you want to focus on web or system programming if you want to focus on system programming then the programming languages like c or c++ will help you.

If you want to work on the web then you have to learn web programming languages such as PHP, javascript, Or SQL But you can start with javascript nower days you can use the javascript language on both front end and backend. so learning javascript is something which I recommend you to learn.

C (/siː/, as in the letter c) is a general-purpose, procedural computer programming language supporting structured programming, lexical variable scope, and recursion, while a static type system prevents unintended operations. By design, C provides constructs that map efficiently to typical machine instructions, and has found lasting use in applications previously coded in assembly language. Such applications include operating systems, as well as various application software for computers ranging from supercomputers to embedded systems.

C was originally developed at Bell Labs by Dennis Ritchie between 1972 and 1973 to make utilities running on Unix. Later, it was applied to re-implementing the kernel of the Unix operating system.[6] During the 1980s, C gradually gained popularity. Nowadays, it is one of the most widely used programming languages,[7][8] with C compilers from various vendors available for the majority of existing computer architectures and operating systems. C has been standardized by the ANSI since 1989 (see ANSI C) and subsequently by the International Organization for Standardization.

C is an imperative procedural language. It was designed to be compiled using a relatively straightforward compiler, to provide low-level access to memory, to provide language constructs that map efficiently to machine instructions, and to require minimal runtime support. Despite its low-level capabilities, the language was designed to encourage cross-platform programming. A standards-compliant C program that is written with portability in mind can be compiled for a wide variety of computer platforms and operating systems with few changes to its source code; the language has become available on various platforms, from embedded microcontrollers to supercomputers.
