There are eight cards drawn at random .
Thus , the sample space  S={1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8}
Number of elements in sample space is n(S) =8
It is known that the number on the card drawn is more than 2 .
Let X be event that number drawn is odd and greater than 2.
Thus , X = {3,5,7}
Number of elements in X is n(X) = 3
Then  the probability that it is an odd number is ,
P = n(X) / n(S) = 3/8
Hence , the probability that card drawn is an odd number is 3/8.
