it is not unhealthy to eat sweets every day. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that you limit your added sugar to 5% of your total daily calorie budget. For a typical adult that works out to roughly 25 grams. Note that this is a daily average. If you have a lot of sugar one day, cut way down on it for the next few. But if there’s a sweet you’re having every day, moderate how big it is.
